Meet Dr Shumani
Manenzhe
Dr Shumani Manenzhe enjoys periodontal care because it allows her to help patients maintain their natural teeth and improve their overall oral health. She has a passion for oral health and finds interest in performing complex procedures that can significantly enhance a patient’s quality of life.
She also values the strong link between oral health and general health and appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing the positive outcomes of the treatments she provides. She particularly enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and values the trust that develops over time.
Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted wife and mother who loves God and enjoys interacting with people. She also enjoys travelling, watching soccer, and shopping.

Meet Nicole
Mampye
Nicole is an oral hygienist who studied at Wits Dental University and graduated in 2020. She has worked for orthodontic practices since February 2021 and recently started working with Dr Manenzhe in 2024 on Saturdays. Although Nicole had no experience in periodontics at the time, she soon realised that this was her passion. She developed her skills quickly and became highly regarded by her patients.
When Nicole joined PerioHouse, she decided she wanted to stay and further hone the skills Dr Manenzhe instilled in her. She is now there full-time, working from Monday to Saturday.
Nicole takes pride in her work and always makes sure to deliver excellent, above-par services to all her patients. She treats each person with the same care and consideration she would want for her own family. Nicole’s mental mottos are simple: respect, patient comfort, efficiency, improved oral health outcomes, and excellent results.

Mukucha
Dr Mukucha is a specialist periodontist with advanced training in periodontics, implantology, and oral medicine. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy gums, strong oral health, and confident smiles through preventive, restorative, and specialised periodontal care.
Her interest in periodontics is driven by the important role healthy gums play in overall oral health. She works closely with patients to diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of periodontal conditions, while also helping them maintain long-term oral wellness. In addition to periodontal treatment, Dr Mukucha provides dental implant care and oral medicine services, offering a comprehensive approach to managing complex oral health concerns.
Dr Mukucha is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel informed, understood, and at ease throughout their treatment journey. She believes that successful care begins with clear communication, trust, and a personalised approach to each patient’s needs.
Guided by the motto, “A clean smile is a beautiful smile,” Dr Mukucha is dedicated to helping patients protect their oral health and enjoy the confidence that comes with a healthy smile. Her focus is always on providing thoughtful care that supports lasting oral health and improved quality of life.
